STORY:

Claudio Corallo is the master of chocolate who has developed the world-renowned Claudio Corallo range of chocolates. Made in Sao Tomé and Principe (West Africa) close to the forests where the rare variety of cocoa bean is shade grown, Corallo chocolate captures the full taste and aroma of nature’s original cocoa beans.

Claudio visited Dublin to launch his chocolate products on the Irish market. The wholesaler and distributor in Ireland is the gourmet food specialists Sheridans Cheesemongers. Sheridans sell the chocolate in their shops in Dublin and Galway and wholesale the chocolate to gourmet shops throughout lreland.

STORY:

Founded in 1943 by Zaverchand K Shah and his brothers Kenya Sweets Ltd is a thriving family-owned company which has expanded from a small cottage industry into one of the most popular confectioners in East Africa under the stewardship of the sons and grandsons of Z K Shah. KSL endeavours to produce the gold standard in sweets and confectionery that are best exemplified by their world famous TROPICAL MINTS whose secret recipe has passed down across three generations.

KSL are also proud of their Corporate Social Responsibility activities which include regular donations of sweets to children’s and old people’s homes. The company is also a signatory to the Energy Accord and is very environmentally conscious.
