A desk role with a difference: Proudly Made in Africa seeks an Office Coordinator and Admin Support Volunteer. 

We are looking for a skilled Office Coordinator to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting all our activities.
You are the first point of contact for the organisation – reporting to the executive director and liaising with the head of operations, accountant and intern teams, you will be responsible for day-today communication as well as filing and maintaining order in the office.
 
You are well organized and highly competent with excellent communication skills. You will be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed. You have worked in an office environment previously, can use Microsoft Office and understand the importance of punctuality and time management. You are pro-active and happy to work on your own initiative with limited supervision as well as part of the team.

Proudly Made in Africa and UCD College of Business now jointly invite applications for the position of Proudly Made in Africa Fellow in Business and Development at UCD College of Business.

The Fellowship was initiated in 2013 to promote education on the business environment in Africa and business’ role in global development and creating solutions to poverty.  

The successful candidate shall have experience in teaching in third level institutions and strong understanding of business in a developing country context and development issues.  Networking and building alliances with stakeholders are key requirements of the role.
